Not into the crowds... ?

For those of you that don't know this.. Thornton is the town that abuts Lincoln and Woodstock.  By driving down Rt 175 or Rt. 3 just a bit... you can find some great deals.  Star Ridge is one example... and there are others.  Smaller associations.. ski homes tucked in the woods.. all sorts of goodies.  And if you get down about 20 minutes away... in the Campton Area...you'll find some pretty incredible deals

Plymouth and Rumney Properties -  So these areas are what I call the local market.  A place where you can easily live year round... and easily escape when you want to.  Great places . 

The Town of Plymouth is the central town in the state.. you can access the mountains and the lakes and can travel to more metropolitan areas quickly.   In Plymouth there is plenty of shopping.. all sorts of support services and one of the best hospitals in the North County.. Speare Memorial.   There are plenty of doctors and specialists as well.

There is also  Plymouth State University  with all of the cultural events it has to offer. Plymouth is also close to Little Squam and Big Squam Lake... just a few monutes away.  Squam Lake is a nesting site for Common Loons and is a good place to see them in breeding plumage during the summer months. Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons are also known to nest on the lake Shoot... we even have a WalMart..!

Rumney is a quaint New England village with a classic common.  It is not really very far from Plymouth.  There is Stinson Lake.. the Baker River and so many places to hide... and seek that you will not be bored.  It is also a great place to have a retirement home.
