We've tried to encompass some of the most basic searches for properties in and around the Loon Valley and in the immediate area of the Loon Mountain Ski Area. Condos and PUDs There are many outstanding associations. From the prestigeous South Mountain Area to the more economical Lodges. Ram'shorn remains one of the top slopeside areas. For all encompassing amenities, try Deer Park or Lincoln Station and Forest Ridge. Classic ski homes are at The Village of Loon or Clearbrook and Coolidge Falls... all with great views of the slopes. Some are condos... some are PUDs.. for clarifications.. contact us and we can go over the difference. The basics are condos have one fee and cover pretty much everything to do with the outside of the property. PUDs reuire that you pick up expenses for the outside of your unit. For those familiar with some of the locations in the area, try clicking on a name for the association you want to see.
On Mountain Properties These will include ALL properties that are on the south side of the entry bridge at Loon. Slopesides at Ram'shorn ... offer ski in - ski out. There are modest to high end Single Family Homes and then of course there are numerous other Other condos in associations offering all sorts of floor plans and sizes. Some are within walking distance to the slopes. Across from Loon Across the street from Loon are Clearbrook, Village of Loon and Coolidge Falls
They offer great views of the ski area. These are PUDs... not condos and there is a difference. All three associations were built between '79 and 86' approximately. In recent years, Coolidge Falls had more units built so there are some out there with many newer features. Properties Along the River Close to Loon Just down from the bridge at Loon is Riverfront. the majority of the units are garden style... either on a first, second or third floor. They also have a small selection of townhouses. Riverfront is very nioce.. has twon outsoor pools and tennis courts. They are serviced by the shuttle as well. and of course... are on the river. The site also includes the famous landmark The Lady's bathtub... a beautiful natural swimming hole. For those that want a really nice complete package... try Lincoln Station . There are 2, 3 and full size 4 bedroom units. The overall site is great for the kids...Large open grassy common areas make it a great place for the young ones to play safely. It has an indoor and outdoor pool and tennis courts. Some units front on the river... and all units can access the river. They have shuttle and the really nice thing is it is easy to walk to the Common Man restaurant... Gordi's.. and other support services. More Towards the Downtown Area For economical studios and one, two and three bedrooms try one of these...The Lodge at Lincon Station or the Nordic Inn. The units are hard to beat. This is a hotel design with center haklways and the nice part is... the kids never have to go outside for the pool. The Lodge is also a great property with indoor and outdoor pools and a greta lobby area with a deck overlooking the river. The other side of 93 One of the classier associations is Deer Park It has "hands down" the BEST amenities package around. A 5 acre spring fed pond and a positively luxurious clubhouse with exercise rooms, indoor racquet ball courts etc. Just past I 93 on Rt 112 west. A nice selection of 1/4 shares and 1 to 5 bedroom models. Alpine Village has perhaps some of the best square footage for the buck. These are in North Woodstock. Several sizes... 2 to 4 plus bedrooms. Handy to all of downtown north Woodstock. No clubhouse.. but you can join other local indoor pool facilities. Please note... we will be adding more association names shortly By Price or Size
